Fingerprint Custom: A Unique Office Space by Shubin Lin

The overall style of the office space is based on high efficiency. The space uses concise partitioning and smooth moving lines as functional basis points. It integrates clever thinking in its creativity, creating a sense of rhythm and artistic aesthetics in its simplicity. The design is a testament to Shubin Lin's belief in respecting everyone's creativity and turning the impossible into the possible.

The unique properties of the design lie in its material and color choices. The main material used is white abnormity baking lacquer board, water ripple stainless steel, arc glass, and natural wood decoration panel. A large area of white baking paint panel serves as the background color, with the main color in the brand identification interspersed into the space. This expresses the brand as the origin, in the blank artistic conception, meeting all kinds of unlimited imagination and reaching the ultimate goal of brand service.

The office is more than just a place to work. It is our second home, and sometimes we spend more time in the office than at home. The office decoration needs three steps, namely, the preparation stage, the design stage, and the construction stage. Arriving at the geographical location, understanding the surrounding environment of the city, understanding the direction of the company's functional requirements and brand characteristics are all part of the process.

The project started in December 2019 and finished in March 2020 at Guojin Plaza, Xiamen, Fujian, China. The plane layout was the most critical and the most difficult step in the whole office design, which is what we call the office dynamic line design. First of all, the space size should be determined according to the behavior and psychological needs of office staff with more than 100 employees.

On the one hand, the emotional experience conveyed to employees is achieved in a more humane atmosphere. On the other hand, it is to give visitors or customers experience, guide the senses by visual sense, and finally convey the company's brand culture. In terms of the overall style, based on the high efficiency of the office, the space takes the concise partition and smooth moving line as the functional basis point, and integrates more clever thinking in the creativity, creating a sense of rhythm and artistic aesthetics in the simplicity.
